Analytics Sub-tab
- Initial Setup: Check the performance of your membership and ensure everything is fully configured before launch.
Switch Memberships
- An admin can switch between different memberships by clicking the drop-down arrow in the button or textbox that displays the membership name.
Membership Revenue Analytics:
- Revenue Tracking: View your current revenue directly. For a detailed breakdown, click the arrow to see revenue for the last 30 days, all-time revenue, and subscriber count.
- Transaction History: To view your past payments from your subscribers, simply scroll to find the monthly transaction history
- Currency Conversion: If you operate outside the US, transactions will be shown in the local currency. Toggle the "convert to USD" button according to your preference.
Engagement Score
- Assess your membership's engagement levels to determine optimal times for launching new experiences.
- Use the dropdown menu to select daily, weekly, or monthly engagement scores.
Monthly Stats
- Gain deeper insights into your membership program's monthly performance:
- Comparison of Mobile vs. Desktop Users
- Portal Impressions and Unique Visitors
- Top Location by user access
- Total Time Spent on platform
- Visits from iPhone App
- Estimated Magic Login SMS Sent
Additional Stats
- Track further metrics such as:
- Members with Apple Pass
- Circulating Points
- Experiences Created
